Welcome to SYA Photography! By using this website and booking any services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered
   We provide wedding photography and consultations for photographers. Details of each service, including pricing and availability, are subject to change without notice.
2. Bookings & Payments
   A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any wedding photography booking. Full payment is due by the date specified in your contract. For consultations, payment must be made in advance.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
   Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are not provided for deposits. Other refunds (if applicable) are at our discretion.
4. Use of Images
   We may use selected images for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer your images not be shared, please notify us in writing before your event.
5. Consultation Content
   All materials and advice shared during consultations are for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without permission is prohibited.
6. Liability
   We take all reasonable care but are not liable for unforeseen events (e.g., weather, illness, or technical issues) beyond our control.
7. Copyright
   All images remain the intellectual property of SYA Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
